Cash payment to the courier is available when making delivery in Moscow within the MKAD. If cash on delivery is available in your city, when placing an order, you will have the opportunity to choose the type of payment in cash or by card to the courier.

Please note that the refund of funds when returning an order is carried out only to a bank card using the details provided in the refund application, regardless of the payment method.

Online payment on the website

After confirming the order, you will automatically go to the online payment page, where you need to carefully and accurately enter your card details: 

• The cardholder (indicated on the front of the bank card in English in capital letters. For example: IVANOV IVAN);
• Card number (indicated on the front side of the bank card and consists of 16 digits. For example: 0123 4567 8901 2345);
• The validity period of the card (indicated on the front side of the bank card — the month and year until which the card is valid. The validity period of the card is entered in numbers. For example: 12 (entered in the month field) and 22 (entered in the year field), which means that the card is valid until December 2022); CVV2 or CVC2 card code (indicated on the back of the bank card and consists of three digits. For example: 123).

Possible reasons for refusal to make a payment
• The card has expired. Make sure that your card is still valid. The validity period of the card is indicated on the front side of the card (this is the month and year until which the card is valid). For details about the validity period of the card, please contact the bank that issued the bank card;
• Insufficient funds to pay on a bank card. For details about the status of the bank card account, please contact the bank that issued the bank card;
• The established limit of operations per day has been exceeded. The amount of the daily limit for transactions is determined by the partner bank;
• The Bank blocks the transaction on suspicion of its dishonesty.

Free delivery is carried out when ordering from 10,000 rubles.

Paid delivery in Russia 450 rubles. when ordering less than 10,000 rubles.

Delivery to the courier of 450 rubles is also paid, in Moscow, if you ordered delivery with a fitting and the product did not fit you.
